The journey of Mochi began with two couples of friends who wanted to bring the Japanese cuisine they had fallen in love with on their travels to Vienna. What started as a series of kitchen experiments quickly evolved into one of Vienna’s most renowned culinary hotspots—now ready to take its first international step.

A similar passion for hospitality defines the story of Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences. From its beginnings as a family-run guesthouse to building an exceptional collection of hotels, resorts, and residences across seven European countries, the essence remains unchanged: an unwavering commitment to quality, experience, and innovation.
